Trainee Workshop Support

Young person required for engineering workshop.
The suitable applicant will be trained in the following;

1) Workshop health and safety.
2) Safe operation of general workshop equipment,  e.g. Pillar drill, Cold cut saw, Bandsaw, Compressor, Media blaster, Pallet Stacker.
3) General engineering principles. drilling, tapping, deburring.
4) Reading engineering drawings, identifying production specifics using symbols.
5) Identifying correct materials required for cutting lists.
6) Progressing onto basic milling and turning operations.
